Sem-Safe fine water mist nozzle is based on Danfoss' unique single micro nozzle technology. Its unique design allows water to be sprayed and released in a high-speed rotation, turning it into a fine water mist that is quickly sprayed onto the flame. The large spray and release angles and unique spray and release pattern allow for greater nozzle installation spacing and a protected area of up to 30.25 square meters.

Sem-Safe system consists of pump set, nozzle, valve set and stainless steel piping. The working pressure is 10MPa. the system can be linked with automatic alarm system, fast response, stable flow, uniform droplets, superior fire extinguishing performance, easy maintenance and high cost performance. The system is divided into open system and closed system.

I. Open system. In the working state, the system pipeline is kept dry and free of water. When the manual activation or alarm system is actuated, the system is activated. All nozzles in the activated area will be sprayed at the same time to extinguish the fire.

Second, closed system. In the operating condition, the system piping maintains a pressure of about 1MPa. When it exceeds 57 degrees, the glass bubble at the top of the closed nozzle bursts, the high-pressure pump set is automatically activated, and the water is converted into a very fine water mist at a pressure of 10Mpa to extinguish the fire.
